BuzzTV Device Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your BuzzTV device and get it running smoothly.

What's in the Box

Before you begin, make sure you have all the components:

• BuzzTV device
• Power adapter
• HDMI cable
• Remote control
• Quick start guide

Step 1: Physical Setup

Mounting Recommendations

For optimal viewing experience, we recommend:

• Mount displays at eye level (5-6 feet from floor)
• Ensure mounting surface can support the display weight
• Position away from direct sunlight to prevent glare
• Allow proper ventilation around the display
• Ensure power outlets and network connections are accessible

Connections

1. Connect the HDMI cable from the BuzzTV device to your display
2. Connect the power adapter to the device and plug into power outlet
3. Turn on your display and select the appropriate HDMI input

Step 2: Initial Setup

1. Follow the on-screen instructions when the device boots up
2. Select your language and region
3. Connect to your Wi-Fi network (see Wi-Fi Connection Guide)
4. Register your device using the provided activation code
5. Configure display settings and preferences

Step 3: Testing

1. Test your internet connection
2. Verify display functionality
3. Check that content loads properly
4. Test the remote control functions

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during setup:

• No display: Check HDMI connections and input selection
• No power: Verify power connections and try different outlet
